The club need to fill two vacancies urgently and we wondered if you could fulfil either one of them. They need a new Chairperson and a Lead Coach.
For the position of chair you do not have to be from a swimming background or even a sports background. What we are looking for is some one who can devote the time, uphold the principles of the club and be proficient in man management. This is an exciting role, within one of North Walsham’s leading sports club. The club carters for junior swimmers through to Masters and has been successful at County Regional and National Level Further training will be given and the position will be subject to a successful reference and an enhanced DBR check which is standard procedure. This is a voluntary role.
A lead coach is also required. Preferably Level II qualified. He or she will lead a team of experienced coaches and set schedules accordingly . Again the position will be subject to a successful reference and an enhanced DBR check. This is a paid position.
